  • From 0 to 19.99m² (*) 3 600 € TTC (20% VAT)
  • Up to 49m² (*) 6 000 € TTC (20% VAT)
  • From 50 to 90m² (*) depending to the difficulty 6 000€ TTC to 9 000€ TTC (20% VAT)
  • bigger fees calculated on 3.2% of an estimation of the works

OUR SERVICE OVERSEEING THE BUILD (SUPERVISION))

It will be applied a rate of 10% of the amount HT of the works executed + VAT 20%

Administrative costs: 720 € TTC
Architectural insurance at the rate of 6.12 ° / °° of the estimated amount of work (X 32% in the case of a limited service up to obtain the permission)
Mileage costs in the case of a building site over 30kms from Taninges
Fees for footage in the case of an existing building calculated in the past (120€/h)

EXAMPLE OF FEES (FOR 150 M²):

Estimated value of works including VAT: 150 m² x 3,600 € = 540 000 € TTC

  • APS 0.7% (preliminary draft) = 4 725.00 €
  • APD 1.5% (final draft) = 10 125.00 €
  • DPC 1% (application for building permit) = 6 750.00 €
  • ASS PC 6.12 ° / °° x 32% (insurance) = 1 321.92 €
  • DCE 1% (Consultation file for futures contractors) = 6 750.00 €
  • MDT 1.8% (implementation of contracts) = 12 150.00 €
  • DET 7.2% (supervision of works) = 48 600.00 €
  • ASS 6.12%0 (insurance) = 2 809.08 €

Note Bene: The tariff is readjusted on the actual cost of the works from the DCEservice.
The contract can be terminated at the end of each assignment (any service initiated being due in total).

OTHER ARCHITECT SERVICES 120 € TTC / hour

  • Certificate of Urban Planning (CU) operational or not (informs you and blocks your rights to build for 18 months in case of PLU changes)
  • Feasibility Report (before you start, find out if your project is legally feasible)
  • Home staging, Consultancy, Request for demolition permit, Marketing plans, etc....
