    • From 0 to 19.99m² (*) - 2 920€ TTC (20% VAT)
    • Up to 49m² (*) - 3 600 € TTC (20% VAT)
    • From 50 to 90m² (*) - depending to the difficulty 6 000€ TTC to 9 000€ TTC (20% VAT)
    • bigger - fees calculated on 4.5% of an estimation of the works
  • LIMITED MISSION TO OVERSEEING THE BUILDING SITE

Fees calculated on 8.5% of the cost of the work supervised

  • COMPLETE ARCHITECT MISSION (PC, DP AND SUPERVISATION)

It will be applied a rate of 11% of the amount HT of the works executed + VAT 20%

+ DIRECT COSTS

  • Administrative costs: 720 € TTC
  • Architectural insurance at the rate of 5.62 ° / °° of the estimated amount of work (X 4.5 or 8.5% in the case of a limited mission)
  • Mileage costs in the case of a building site over 30kms from Taninges
  • Fees for footage in the case of an existing building calculated in the past

EXAMPLE OF FEES (FOR 150 M²):

Estimated value of works including VAT: 150 m² x 3,000 € = 450 000 € TTC

  • APS 16% (preliminary draft) = 7 920 €
  • ODA 14% (final draft) = € 6 930
  • DPC 2% (application for building permit) = 990 €
  • PCG 18% (technical plans) = 8 910 €
  • DCE 2% (Consultation file for futures contractors) = 990 €
  • MDT 4% (implementation of contracts) = 1 980 €
  • VISA 6% - (visa for execution studies) = 2 970 €
  • DET 34% (supervision of works)
  • AOR 4% (Assistance to works receipt) = 1 980 €
  • Total is 100% of the 11%: 49 500 €
    + Direct costs

Note Bene: The tariff is readjusted on the actual cost of the works from the MDT mission
The contract can be terminated at the end of each assignment (any mission initiated being due in total).

  • OTHER ARCHITECT MISSIONS 120 € TTC / hour
    • Home staging (this is the solution to give peps to your interior)
    • Certificate of Urban Planning (CU) operational or not (informs you and blocks your rights to build for 18 months in case of PLU changes)
    • Feasibility Report (before you start, find out if your project is legally feasible)
    • Consultancy, Request for demolition permit, Marketing plans, etc....
