Music was in his soul, so Paul wanted a studio

This repository which has a 70m² footprint, did the job. The traditional facade was renovated to incorporate large workshop style bay windows. The interior which was dark and cold is now bright and comfortable. The triple glazed windows insulated from the inside to the outside allowing Paul and his friends to express themselves as they wish.

On the ground floor: a garage, an entrance, a studio
On the first floor: a bathroom, an open kitchen, and a living room around a wood stove
On the mezzanine: a dormitory open on the living room
